Celebrities in love? It’s difficult to know the truth about the love life of celebrities. Terri Kwan strongly emphasised that she was not involved with Jerry Yan in any way during an interview yesterday. She stated that she were merely friends with him.

However, the paparazzi continued to press on and asked Jerry Yan for his point of view. Unlike Terri Kwan, he did not clarify immediately. He said, “I never thought about what kind of relationship I have with Terri. One thing that I know that she is a nice girl and she is very easygoing. So I got along well with her.”

Jerry Yan always dodge the topic but this was the first time he answers this question truthfully. This answer made the paparazzi had a blurry view on this topic.

Jerry was busy filming “Down with Love” at Neihu Ruiguang Road. The scene was about Jerry crossing the road while deep with thoughts. Following that, he thought of something and dashes to somewhere immediately. Jerry Yan was busy with both filming and his album promotion. His busy schedule seems to take a toll on him. It was apparent to the public that he had slimmed down a lot. His chin has became sharper and he lost at least 3 kilograms of weight. It seemed pretty easy for him to act out the vexed part as his real life is already full of bothering matters. 

Jerry and Terri being a couple was an unfathomable mystery from the start. From the start of the rumor, neither party had really answer the question as to whether they were a couple or not.

Jerry Yan was used to what this kind of situations. He admitted that he felt that he had no choices at all, “At first there was the rumor that I was on odds with Terri. This leads to the rumor now. Currently, I’m filming with Ella Chen in ‘Down with Love’ and the situation is repeating again. I don’t know how to reply to all these absurb questions. All these are just work nothing else involved. “

Jerry Yan declared openly that Ella Chen is one of the women who had influenced him. “I’m happy that I can make him feel happy,” said Ella Chen who was busy filming GTV’s  “Down With Love” at Red Forest.  Ella had spoke out that she was determined to melt cool Jerry Yan and she did it within one week time. Once both of them got to know each other, it was Ella’s turn to be bullied. Jerry Yan poked at her underarm which was wet with perspire. Ella was stunned by his actions.

How to become friendly with Jerry Yan, i.e. melt him? Ella Chen came out with two main ways. Firstly, you have to take the initiative to care for him and accept his lame jokes too. Secondly, do not back off just because you do not get any respond because Jerry Yan is an introvert and he is slow to open up to others.

During  breaks on the film set , Jerry and Ella would chat about anything such as 3C products and interior design. Jerry even played “Slam Dunk” for Ella. Ella felt that Jerry is a big boy to her. She specified that she treat everyone with the same enthusiasm even the lightning crew and cameraman.

At the film set of “Down With Love” yesterday, Jerry Yan was not present. Thus, Ella Chen decide to please Michael Zhang. She posed as a magician with  funny gestures and speech. This made everyone on the set to laugh out loud. There was once Ella Chen shoved her toe thumb to Michael’s nose. Instead of a usual angry retort, Michael said, “Your foot is not smelly at all!”

In the drama, Ella Chen had to act as lesbian with Amanda Zhou. Ella hugged Amanda and praised her, “Amanda is really cute, I think the director should let us have a fierce kiss!” After saying that, she regretted her decision as she already had Selina and Hebe as her wives. Ella even joked that when she is hungry, she would eat anything but she is not hungry now.

“Down With Love” aka Jiu Xiang Lai Zhe Ni is still in filming process. Looking forward to the drama!

Taiwan top model Lin Zhiling’s attempt at business venture failed. She accidentally revealed that Jerry Yan was her financial backup. This made this rumored couple become one of the entertainment headlines again. This is evident in Jerry Yan’s new song, “Say Love You In KTV” which divulged Jerry’s feelings for his past love. His fans immediately associated his past love to be Lin Zhiling.

Jerry Yan loves to go KTV. He has been divulged by his good friend, Chen Sunhua  who mentioned that Jerry Yan would discuss with him about how he quarreled and broke up with his girlfriend. “Say Love You In KTV” describes how a person meets his past love and could only pass by as strangers. In the end, he could only walk away silently in tears. Perhaps Jerry Yan had similar experience as the song lyrics. He sang the song  more exquisitely.

Although this is a song full of sorrow, Jerry Yan enjoyed immersing in this feeling. He requested having the lights switched off while he was recording this song. He wished to have a gloomy and lonely atmosphere. “Don’t worry about me, I will not be what I used to be in the past! I believed everyone can see that I am much more happier than before!” he said. Does this meant that he had let go of his past love?

News of Lin Zhiling and Qiu Shikai getting married seems to be reported time and again. For Jerry’s case, he could only have the chance to have a wedding in his own music video. He got married with the music video female lead at the beach. There was a scene which he carried the bride on his back and started running. “Don’t worry, I can carry her!” he declared.

However, Jerry Yan’s most memorable scene is the scene which the bride needs to be hung and descend from the sky. Due to the venue, it was impossible to hang the bride on tightrope. So she needs to be carried by four masucalar men using steel stick. It was a tough job but they manage to complete it.

Every successful man has a woman behind his back. In the past, Taiwan idol dramas used to have  female leads who  are weak and gentle. Now, the situation has changed. The female leads are independent, strong and initiative. They can be on par with the male leads. This is evident for the three male leads, Vic Zhou, Jerry Yan and Blue. They have a valiant woman behind each of their success.

The ratings for PTS drama, ” Black and White” continued to soar. The four-sided relationship has became more complicated. Who is Vic Zhou going to end up with in the show? Ivy Chen Yi-han or Janine Chang Chun-ning? This is the main discussion topic for the fans of the show. In the show, Ivy Chen boldly express her love for Vic Zhou and promised him that she can protect him. She described herself as a big tree which will stay by Vic Zhou’s side no matter what happens.

Vic Zhou was engrossed about  his character in his show. He had a pimple on his forehead and pasted a huge blue plaster over it. His fans were worried about him and thought he was injured. He seems to be like his character in the show who does not care about his image.

Jerry Yan immediately started filming his new drama, “Just Want To Depend On you” after his return from Japan. In this drama, Ella Chen needs to be loud in her speech and even carry a refridgerator on her own. She was mistook as a lesbian due to her manly character. As such, Jerry Yan hired her as his nanny. Jerry Yan was lost when he saw the cute expression of the little child actor, Xiaoxiaobing. He made a few mistakes during filming and had to retake the scenes.

Blue and Joe Chen co-starred in the drama, “Easy Fortune Happy Life”. Joe Chen acts as a righteous manly girl who never succumb to Blue’s tricks played on her. Joe Chen was unhappy with one of the scene in which she needs to let her chest by touched by Blue while they were stuck in a swamp. As such, she brought it up to the upper management level and managed to save her body.

A brand new cast was chosen for the upcoming Taiwan drama, “Jiu Xiang Lai Zhe Ni”. A press conference was held at GTV station today. It attracted many reporters and fans who support their own idols acting in the drama.

The limelight was focused on Jerry Yan, ex-member of F4 and Ella Chen from S.H.E. Jerry Yan was labeled as the “Drama King” while Ella Chen was known as the most popular actress.

Also starring in the drama are Michael Zhang Xunjie, Xiao Xian, Amanda Zhou Xiaohan and Paoming Ku.

The plot follows the modern Cinderella story. Besides the beautiful scenes in Taipei, the crew is going to film at the famous city in China, Hangzhou.

Jerry Yan plays the role of a  lawyer who is a critic. He would have to be able to speak fluently and quickly without any glitches. Jerry Yan had to attend speech classes to brush up on his speech. On the other hand, Ella Chen was mistaken as a lesbian in the show. She declared that she fell in love with the script when she read through it. “It was amazing and I think the plot is really interesting,” she continues.

What will happen to this brand new couple? Some sparks of chemistry or something more? The reporters pressed on to ask what does Ella Chen feels about cooperating with Jerry Yan? “Well, this was my “first” to collaborate with such a megastar, in the past the actors who collaborated with me were not megastars initially,” she joked.

The scene became lively immediately.Jerry Yan commented that he was glad to act in the drama together with Ella Chen. He feels that Ella Chen is a nice girl and very outgoing.

Flashes blinked throughout the whole conference. Xiaoxiaobing, one of child actor in the show, was unafraid of the numerous flashes despite facing the media for the first time.

Jerry Yan Chengxu’s value increases every year after he became popular with ‘Meteor Garden’. His value increases each time he started filming. After 8 years, his value is now 60 times of what he was last time. On the 9th of June, a press conference was held for his new drama ‘Starlit’. This drama is still in production but with Jerry’s fame, the sale of copyright to overseas had reached 60 million which is worth to replace the funds used for filming.

Jerry’s dramas are very popular overseas. The copyright for distribution was sold to Japan, Singapore, and Thailand etc. However, Taiwan’s GTV and Startv are competing for the broadcasting copyright. No matter which one of the TV stations gets the copyright, Jerry’s drama will still be broadcast.

Jerry Yan is really making lots of money. He only took part in filming for two dramas this year and managed to earn millions. However, his health was affected. He got injured during the filming of Hot Shot and he had to endure toothache during the filming of Starlit. When he saw his photo taken a few years back, he realized he has slimmed down a lot.

Many of his fans wanted to see him and flocked to the press conference. Unfortunately, they could only glance at him faraway as many media reporters were at the scene too. Female artistes Guan Ying and Alice Zeng Kaixuan are the co-stars with Jerry in Starlit. Guan Ying needs to act as a couple in the drama with Jerry Yan. During off-set, they are really good friends. Jerry even stated that Guan Ying is very easygoing.
