Ella Chen is like Little Miss Sunshine who brightens everyone’s lives. She seems so cheerful and happy. Recently, she managed to change Jerry Yan’s perspective of life. Now, Jerry is more open to people and even knows how to joke with people.   However, this was not the case for her behind the screens. She was all smiles when on TV but there is a story behind. She divulged in S.H.E new book “3 Spas of Love” that she once drove up the highway and even planned her will during the ride.

S.H.E’s new book would be out on shelves on 31st July. Fans can start pre-order now for an additional gift which is a CD of their two new songs “Dream Field” and “Locked In Time”. In the book, there is a chapter named “Cherish Happiness Lane”, in which Ella Chen describes her inner thoughts. She felt tired, she was tired of being a good person, tired of work and tired of everything. Finally, she snapped after reading the news on her being a big-shot and reported late for her work. On that day, she went home and grabbed her keys, switched off her cell phone and drove up the highway. 

While she was driving, she broke down and cried terribly. She did not know where to go and she was lost. She started to inquire of her existence. She even thought of the headlines that would appear the next day, “Ella Chen Killed In A Car Accident While Driving On Highway Yesterday”. She said, ” The house is to be sold and the money given to my family members. I must also remind them to be thrifty.”

All these negative thoughts slowly diminished while S.H.E went on trips with Taiwan’s World Vision to India to visit the poor. Hebe Tian and Selina Ren joked,  “Usually we close our doors to speak but now we open our doors and let others listen to what we say. This is so different and we feel so exposed.”

Jerry Yan declared openly that Ella Chen is one of the women who had influenced him. “I’m happy that I can make him feel happy,” said Ella Chen who was busy filming GTV’s  “Down With Love” at Red Forest.  Ella had spoke out that she was determined to melt cool Jerry Yan and she did it within one week time. Once both of them got to know each other, it was Ella’s turn to be bullied. Jerry Yan poked at her underarm which was wet with perspire. Ella was stunned by his actions.

How to become friendly with Jerry Yan, i.e. melt him? Ella Chen came out with two main ways. Firstly, you have to take the initiative to care for him and accept his lame jokes too. Secondly, do not back off just because you do not get any respond because Jerry Yan is an introvert and he is slow to open up to others.

During  breaks on the film set , Jerry and Ella would chat about anything such as 3C products and interior design. Jerry even played “Slam Dunk” for Ella. Ella felt that Jerry is a big boy to her. She specified that she treat everyone with the same enthusiasm even the lightning crew and cameraman.

At the film set of “Down With Love” yesterday, Jerry Yan was not present. Thus, Ella Chen decide to please Michael Zhang. She posed as a magician with  funny gestures and speech. This made everyone on the set to laugh out loud. There was once Ella Chen shoved her toe thumb to Michael’s nose. Instead of a usual angry retort, Michael said, “Your foot is not smelly at all!”

In the drama, Ella Chen had to act as lesbian with Amanda Zhou. Ella hugged Amanda and praised her, “Amanda is really cute, I think the director should let us have a fierce kiss!” After saying that, she regretted her decision as she already had Selina and Hebe as her wives. Ella even joked that when she is hungry, she would eat anything but she is not hungry now.

“Down With Love” aka Jiu Xiang Lai Zhe Ni is still in filming process. Looking forward to the drama!

GTV’s drama, “Just Want To Depend On You” has been in production for about 1 month to date. Ella Chen was observed to be on a strict diet as she had never once ate a meal on the set. The scorching sun and difficult scenes drained out Ella Chen. Despite this, Ella Chen still maintains her diet which consists only water and occasionally a bowl of cold noodles or salad.

Besides eating lesser during meals, Ella Chen divugle her feelings about acting in this drama on her blog. She mentioned regretting on the first day of filming on the set. She was vexed about why she agreed to start acting again as the weather was really hot which made her situation worse because she have to work under the scroching weather for four months. She advised herself to be think about it more carefully and she has no one but herself to blame.

The blog post ended with her saying that she is fine and she just want to complain for a bit. She urged her fans not to worry about her as she would display her usual bubbly self on TV and make others happy. Ella Chen’s character juggles many jobs at the same time. She needs to be a pet-sitter for many dogs and a babysitter who takes care of young kids.

It is going to be tough for her as she needs to handle many difficult situations. Her colleagues said that she do not like to eat rice and Ella verified by saying she is on a diet. She joked that she would definitely show her slimmed down body to her fans when she had a successful diet.

Reason for her diet? It would be the usual expanded version of any actress or actors on TV. To look prefect on TV, you have to be thinner than your usual self.

Ella Chen is the female lead for the new GTV drama, “Just Want To Depend On You”. She faced threats from her fellow cast members, Xiao Xian and Chen Zihan. Both Xiao Xian and Chen Zihan have gorgeous bodies with huge bosoms. Ella Chen was asked whether she would be looked down as a flat- chest? She replied in full confidence, ” I will only worry about the ratings since I’m the female lead.”

Ella Chen acts as a tomboyish girl in the drama. Jerry Yan, the male lead mistook her as a lesbian and even employ her as his nanny for some “security reasons”. Unexpectedly, Jerry Yan and Ella Chen started to develop feelings for each other while Jerry’s ex-girlfriend, Chen Zihan decided to have him back. Thus, the complex triangualr relationship happens between the three of them.

Ella was used to acting less feminine roles, this makes people wonder if she is afraid of not getting any attention from the guys. She elaborated, “I will start being friends with the guys. Slowly, I will grasp the perfect opportunity and make my perfect shot when his guard is down.”

Ella Chen used to be superfical and only love men with good looks. Now, she is offically out of the “Looks Association” and started to love based on feelings. She admitted that she was too naive in the past and was often mermized by the person’s looks. Therefore, she fell into those traps and got cheated.

The supposedly female support actress was supposed to be acted out by Lee Xiaolu but due to some problems, Chen Zihan was chosen as the actress.

Chen Zihan was labeled as the sexy goddess in China. She has starred before in “White Snake”, as green snake. Ella commented on acting with Chen Zihan, “I think it’s enough for me to be myself in the show, it will be awakard if I started acting shy!”

A brand new cast was chosen for the upcoming Taiwan drama, “Jiu Xiang Lai Zhe Ni”. A press conference was held at GTV station today. It attracted many reporters and fans who support their own idols acting in the drama.

The limelight was focused on Jerry Yan, ex-member of F4 and Ella Chen from S.H.E. Jerry Yan was labeled as the “Drama King” while Ella Chen was known as the most popular actress.

Also starring in the drama are Michael Zhang Xunjie, Xiao Xian, Amanda Zhou Xiaohan and Paoming Ku.

The plot follows the modern Cinderella story. Besides the beautiful scenes in Taipei, the crew is going to film at the famous city in China, Hangzhou.

Jerry Yan plays the role of a  lawyer who is a critic. He would have to be able to speak fluently and quickly without any glitches. Jerry Yan had to attend speech classes to brush up on his speech. On the other hand, Ella Chen was mistaken as a lesbian in the show. She declared that she fell in love with the script when she read through it. “It was amazing and I think the plot is really interesting,” she continues.

What will happen to this brand new couple? Some sparks of chemistry or something more? The reporters pressed on to ask what does Ella Chen feels about cooperating with Jerry Yan? “Well, this was my “first” to collaborate with such a megastar, in the past the actors who collaborated with me were not megastars initially,” she joked.

The scene became lively immediately.Jerry Yan commented that he was glad to act in the drama together with Ella Chen. He feels that Ella Chen is a nice girl and very outgoing.

Flashes blinked throughout the whole conference. Xiaoxiaobing, one of child actor in the show, was unafraid of the numerous flashes despite facing the media for the first time.

The conference ended with the pulling of the lucky bell to symbolize the smooth filming and high rating for the show.

S.H.E attended to a Taiwan local talk show named ‘ Shen Chun Hua Live Show’. They talk about their inner feelings and thoughts. Also, their main objective is to promote their upcoming album My F.M S.H.E.

Ella Chen admitted that she is just a simple woman who look forward to relationships and marriages. However, she was still thought to be with his rumored boyfriend, Baron Chen. She divulges that she is willing to be with her ex-boyfriend if they return back to her side. She knows that this is such lowly of her but she cannot help it.

As for Hebe Tian, her brother often complained her of being too noisy as she cannot stop singing when she was young. Her brother even joked that their shower is spoilt because of her continuous singing. In fact, both of them have a very close sibling relationship.

On the other hand, Selina Ren has been dragged to matchmaking sessions by her family. She cannot tolerate those people whom she is meeting to keep asking how she became famous. Selina decided to introduce muscular men to Ella and handsome men to Hebe. What about her?

“Of course, I’ll choose before introducing to them,” she joked.

According to the rumors, Ella Chen was dumped by her supposedly ‘boyfriend’, Baron Chen who went for a new F-cup girlfriend aka ‘Xiong Xiong’.

Ella appeared at a DJ event yesterday, looking very feminine unlike her usual style. She stressed that she and Baron are merely friends. In fact, she was mad that the reporters wrote her being flat-chest. She emphasized that the photo was taken when she was not wearing any bra. So she stated that she is no way considered a flat-chest.

However, when compared to the F-cup ‘Xiong Xiong’, she had to give way. She admitted that ‘Xiong Xiong’ is indeed booby.

S.H.E was promoting their upcoming album, ‘My FM S.H.E’. They were discussing about what happened during their recording of the songs. Ella divulged that she cried during the recording of an emotional song as she thought of her heart-wrenching relationship.

Is it Baron Chen, the supposedly ‘boyfriend’ or another mystery person? No matter who it is, it is still a secret.

Previously, Ella Chen of Taiwan Mandopop group S.H.E was reported sending clothes to Baron Chen, a new Taiwanese actor. This made the reporters speculate that he was the one who is involved with Ella.

After being caught on news, things turn sour between the both of them. Although both of them denied the relationship, others think differently. Their agent companies were not pleased with this piece of news and stated that each party is doing this to gain the media attention.

Thus, things started to turn awkward between Ella and Baron, the two lovebirds. Everything seems normal between them as they revert back to ‘friends’.

Ella Chen celebrated her birthday yesterday. Her birthday gift for herself is donating NT$ 1,300,000 to Gong Liao Home for the strays in Taiwan.

Last year, she put in her love for her deceased dog in an album known as ‘Qiang Qiang Remembrance EP’ and posts it for charity. Many artistes supported her and joined in the charity by buying in bulks of the albums. Within 3 months of limited period, the sales of the EP album managed to reach NT$1,000,000, digital mp3 downloads reaching NT$100,000 and other merchandises sold for more than NT$ 150,000. All the money add up to a total of NT$1,300,000.

Yesterday, Ella wore her T-shirt with an imprint of her dog to Gong Liao. The journey to the place took 2 hours, Ella even felt nauseous during the ride.

However, she forgot everything when she saw dogs welcoming her. She did not wear any protective clothing and immediately squatted down and play with them. She sighed that her dog, Qiang Qiang was too early for death.

A well-known dog feed provider donated 440 bags of food for the dogs under Ella’s influence.However, the food will only last up to 2 or 3 days for the dogs. As such, Ella decided to appeal to dog-lovers, Terry Guo, a Taiwan entrepreneur and Taiwan president, Ma Yinjiu to help these homeless dogs by making donations.

In fact, Ella has already made plans to open a bash on her birthday but after the trip, she decided not to waste the money and spend it on more meaningful things. So she changed to a small gathering with some of her close friends.
