Joe Chen went to France for inspirations that will be published in her new book. Out of nowhere, Joe Chen posed a question to herself on her personal blog,  ‘You don’t even love yourself, how could I love you?’ She followed by replying, “I have learnt how to love myself and congratulate myself on that. Then, I discovered that I am too self-obsessed till I do not have the qualification to love others.”

What exactly is Joe Chen talking about, no one has any idea as to where these thoughts come from as it has been observed that this trip to Paris, the romantic city has somewhat change Joe Chen. She became more imaginative and full of thoughts. She kept praising about the beauty of Paris. Joe Chen and her foreigner boyfriend, Michael act as an old couple who do not feel the need to call each other at all times. Reason? Joe Chen thinks that the phone bill is too expensive.

Last year, when Joe Chen helps to posed for Taiwan’s GQ photo shoot, she expressed that she has no longing for marriage. She does not know how much does she love that guy and she cannot imagine herself loving the same guy forever.

Now, she started to expressed the same line of thoughts of loving or not after the trip to Paris.

Joe Chen took a ten hours flight back to Taiwan and suffered from lack of sleep as observed from her dark eye rings. However, she is very satisfied with her work. She took 986 photos using her digital camera. After a few days rest, she continued with work by appearing with Mike He and Joe Cheng for an endorsement event.

She will starred in a new Taiwan drama, Good Health and Fortune with supposedly male actor, Jerry Yan. However, there are rumors flying around that Jerry Yan will be acting in another drama, Skip Beat! So there is still doubts of the main male actor, it could be Leroy Weber or Baron Chen.
